Role-playing cards - Meetings – Spanish

Role-playing cards - Meetings – Spanish help to effectively learn how to lead meetings and handle unexpected situations. Participants practice how to lead a meeting about a project for which they are responsible. They learn to explain agenda items and discuss all phases of the project with their colleagues.

In these situations, the participant must provide substantive information, and colleagues can ask questions. This helps to create structure and manage critical inquiries from attendees.

In addition to the substantive discussions, there are also humorous situations to encourage participants to respond flexibly. For example, the participant is ready for the meeting, but no one shows up. It turns out that a mistake was made in the invitation, and colleagues were unaware of the time or place. This creates an unexpected twist in which the participant must come up with a solution.

Another scenario could be that the company has rented a booth at a trade fair, but upon arrival, it turns out that it has been accidentally rented to another company. The participant must improvise to find a solution without a designated space.

Technical issues can also arise, such as when the digital board turns out to be broken. The participant has to continue the meeting without visual aids.

And if the internet goes down, they cannot show the specially prepared presentation. They must improvise and keep the meeting going as best as they can.

Through these role-plays, participants develop their meeting skills, learn to communicate clearly, and how to remain calm in unexpected situations.
